Don Fuego is a Miami dining concept built around open-fire cooking, where Latin heat collides with Italian luxury. From the moment guests arrive, every detail is designed to provoke, seduce, and linger. Our challenge was to build a brand identity that felt as alive as the flames in the kitchen — bold enough to command attention, refined enough to justify the price point, and coherent enough to carry across every single touchpoint from the awning to the matchbox.

Every object inside Don Fuego is a brand statement. The suede menu cover — deep burgundy, heavy, warm to the touch — sets the tone before a word is read.

The olive oil arrives in a custom industrial tin labelled "We Are Cooking Gasoline." Matchboxes read "Play With Fire." Coasters ask "One More Bottle?" Napkins are embroidered with "Don't Text Your Ex. Order Dessert."

This is what sensory branding actually looks like in practice. Not just a logo applied to objects — but a personality embedded into every physical interaction a guest has with the brand.

The visual language for Don Fuego was built on contrast — the richness of Italian tradition colliding with the raw energy of Latin culture. Deep burgundy anchors everything, commanding authority and evoking the warmth of a wood-fire grill. Electric pink cuts through as an accent, referencing Miami nights, neon, and controlled chaos.

Typography is confident and editorial. Patterns are bold and repeating. And the brand's voice — visible on every piece of collateral — is unapologetically playful. "Stay Scandalous." "Play With Fire." "Call Me After Midnight." "Don't Text Your Ex. Order Dessert." These aren't just taglines. They're the brand's personality made physical.

Color Palette — Deep burgundy, electric pink, cream, and black. A palette that feels as deliberate as a plated dish.

Texture Direction — Suede menus, striped packaging, embroidered caps. Every material was chosen to communicate luxury through touch, not just sight.

Don Fuego is also the project that proved what Studio UHMO — our AI-powered brand studio — can do when a finished identity becomes the foundation of a connected campaign system.

Once the brand identity was designed, every element — the logo, the color system, the suede textures, the typography, the voice — was loaded into Studio UHMO as the creative foundation. From there, the system expanded the brand outward: into campaign scenes, restaurant environments, product styling, and editorial visuals that carried the same sensory DNA across every output.

This is not about generating random images. It's about generating a brand world — one where every visual connects back to the same identity, the same palette, the same story. Nothing exists in isolation. The matchbox and the awning and the campaign scene and the uniform all speak the same language, because they were all built from the same system.

When this project went live on Instagram, the response was immediate and undeniable.

208,000+ views. 109,000+ accounts reached. 20,000+ interactions. 2,984 comments. 93% of the audience were people who had never seen UHMO before.

The second post — a behind-the-scenes reveal of the system — performed even harder than the project itself. People didn't just want to see the brand. They wanted to understand how it was built.

That response became the foundation of Studio UHMO's public launch — a platform now available for founders who want to expand their own brands into full campaign worlds. Not just outputs. A system that connects everything.

Don Fuego needed to own a very specific territory: the dangerous, intoxicating place where cultures collide. Too Italian and it loses its fire. Too Latin and it loses its polish. The strategy was built on controlled provocation — a brand that whispers luxury and shouts personality in the same breath.

We anchored everything in the concept of fire — not just as a cooking method, but as a brand metaphor. Fire is raw, sensory, relentless. It demands presence. That became the lens through which every decision was made, from the deep burgundy palette that mirrors a charcoal glow to the electric pink that cuts through like a neon sign at midnight.

Don Fuego was born from a collision — Latin heat meets Italian indulgence, in the only city bold enough to hold both. Miami.
The vision was simple and uncompromising: a restaurant that feels like a world you shouldn't be able to explain, but can't stop thinking about. Raw and refined. Dangerous and delicious. Unapologetically itself.

Every detail — from the suede menu to the embroidered napkin — was built to deepen one feeling: you have entered somewhere that knows exactly who it is. The flames are real. So is the trouble.

We refined Don Fuego's identity around five pillars: Provocation, Indulgence, Ritual, Boldness, Authenticity.

“Collaborating with Uhmo has been a game-changer for Love Vibe. Their ability to translate our vision into a cohesive and captivating brand identity has exceeded our expectations.”
